This song was co-written with Rebecca Hixson last year during the pandemic. Megan and Rebecca had been reflecting on the vast changes and challenges taking place around them and this is a journey into remaining calm when things get stressful. The music starts as a quiet morning emerges with an alarm clock penetrating the walls of sleep, and as the day unfolds, a cacophonous energy surmounts into an sprit moving frenzy.
