What does it mean to 'go back to normal'

What is normal anyway? As we mark a year since everything changed, I’m asking some questions and thinking about how to return to society. It’s easy to stay cozy and isolated sometimes. The idea of returning to normal makes me feel anxious, and I’ve come to the conclusion that there is no ‘going back’ — we have to go forward into something new. I made a few slides about it and realized that there is magic in a pause.
